Description

This is the 3rd request to have the same mattress removed. Previously reported and closed with no action under service request #'s 16-00823844 & 16-00830206. Each time they change the address to 4604 Nash Street NE and close the ticket. See photo- mattress is in front of 1325 Kenilworth Ave NE. Please remove the illegally dumped mattress.
