Description

a telephone pole was replaced in this spot several months ago. Over a period of time it appears that water has undermined the asphalt and created a giant bump. I tripped on this the other day and went flying into the street. Thankfully nothing is broken just a lot of bruising and cuts. this should be fixed before someone gets seriously hurt
