Where's the curb cut for ada access? The ramp to the right of the crosswalk is a driveway which does not count...

Water is blocking the Hubway station making it hard to remove or return s bike. The drain was not placed properly or the pavement at the Hubway station has sunk down so that water pools.

Bike is rusting and missing a pedal. It's locked to a sign poll at the south east corner of JFK and Mt Auburn

Bike locked to the second loop on the rack has flat tire, rusting chain and loose handlebars. It is unridable in its current form. It is chained to the rack. Rack is the one at the corner of Pearl and Mass Ave

Red bicycle has rusting chain and missing pedal on the left side. It was not locked when I took the picture yesterday so it may not be there today...it was last on the rack at the corner of Pearl and mass Ave

Work zone sign on Washington is placed so that it interferes with the side mirrors of the MBTA buses as they pull to the curb here. The buses typically stop closer to the enclosure and because the sign stick out over the curb it means a tricky movement to get to the curb. You can also see that the street side edge of the sign has been damaged, I would bet by a bus or truck mirror which is right at the level of the sign. Thanks for taking a look at alternate locations or moving it in slightly! Moving it to the edge of the asphalt section of sidewalk closer to walnut should work based on how the buses pull in.

Bike rack is loose in concrete as well as severely damaged. Please replace! This rack is on the inbound to Harvard side of North Harvard street at the route 66 stop.

Not quite a sinkhole, but the manhole is collapsed such that I expect it to get worse, it was likely not rebuilt correctly when the road was replaced as none of the others manholes in this area are having issues. This is on the hotel side of Washington st, about middle of the road just before Peabody st.

Good evening, I took the following picture yesterday at about 1 pm in the afternoon at the driveway to Blackstone South. This construction site had blocked the sidewalk and 3/4 of one side of the road without additional crossing information for pedestrians, just the barrier, nor was there a detail officer to help pedestrians or drivers through the construction site.

Good evening, the sidewalk at this location was blocked without proper notice nor proper pedestrian bypass forcing pedestrians into the road or into an unsafe crossing of Mt. Auburn street when they were heading westbound. East bound pedestrians had good signage telling people to cross at the University Road intersection. In this case, I believe parking should have been removed across the street to create a pedestrian path in orange cones to not force pedestrians to cross the street twice. In addition I saw no police detail at this construction site. I took the picture a bit before 1pm this afternoon.

There is a two hour parking sign in the bus stop for the 59/556 at Walnut @ Page road. The bus stop extends to the corner where the parking sign is and legally there is no parking in a bus stop. This sign should be replaced with a no parking sign for clarity. Thanks!
