The water is just sitting there not going down the drain. Caller left VM.

Sink hole. If you ride too close you will go in. Getting larger.

Mr. Balthazar can no longer help maintain the streets. He has been maintaining the streets for as long as they have lived there. Mrs. Balthazar is requesting that we sweep if possible.

4-5 pot holes on the street.

Caller left voicemail. States that dpw staff patched some holes last Friday.

Mr. Costa came into the office. He has two drive ways. One pot hole is in between. One is small. One is large. Also one near old B&D entrance cannot avoid them

VM left on pot hole line. States he has been calling for three weeks.

Wants to know when the street will be finished. There is 2-3 in difference. Wants a call from a supervisor!

Street sweeper request. She cleans up the debris on her sidewalk but there is no where to put it.

Please fill the pot hole near Cumberland Farms Store.

Caller states that pot holes ruined his car. Please fill. Caller requesting that the road is repaved.

Caller left Voicemail on DPW pot hole line. States that neighbors told her they call in about pot holes on a daily basis. States that she has TWO FLAT TIRES from the pot holes. Would like the whole street done. Commented that she does not know if the voicemail is monitored. Did not leave name on voicemail but left phone number. Called the number spoke with the resident she had no further additions to her requests.
