Hello,

I’ve reached out to police already about this and clearly it’s not a priority. In three areas between elsmere ave and w cedar lane there’s “ruddy the rapist” spray painted on the elevated sidewalk on the side of the road that the Boy Scouts is on. I’ll follow up with the police I guess, but also leaving this here in hopes that it’ll help get it removed.
