Description

This RV keeps returning to camp/park/live/stay illegally on Skyline blvd. Its been months now. No plates, fire hazard area, illegally parked for weeks. Leaves engine running for hours at a time...there is a yellow sports car that is sometimes parked with it over nite. Why hasnt the vehicle been impounded/towed for illegally parking continuously for many weeks , no registration?
