Deskripsyon

Tree limbs low hanging and impede sidewalk access. Limbs approx 5' above walkway. Must duck when using sidewalk to pass by. Easy access to trim from sidewalk.

Note that the source of these limbs are on private property, but I have to think that these are in the right of way for the sidewalk therefore it would seem that city maint crews could do a quick trim on this area. Important to know that they don't even need to access the private property to take care of the situation. Very easy access, likely won't even need a step ladder to fix this issue. This sidewalk sees a lot of traffic daily from surrounding apartments, homes, and businesses.

Actually looks like it is the homeowner's responsibility anyway. We are already in the abatement process with the property owners. We have been in contact and will continue to follow up until the issue is resolved.
