Traffic coming out of underground parking deck to Wilmington St has a green light when pedestrians have a WALK signal to cross Cabarrus.This is a T intersection. I'm afraid someone is going to get struck.

This intersection is operating this way by design. The plans call for this to move the heavy pedestrian traffic in this area and this is why Cabarrus Street has green ball indication and
