DPW Admin MP ha assegnato questo problema a Street Permit Inspector

I am also complaining about the traffic signals at Highland Ave/ West Street as it is more red light on Highland Avenue which is unacceptable. Same at Great Plain Avenue all at once at the railroad crossing, Chestnut Street and Dedham Avenue. Holds up traffic big time,inexcusable.
