I've passed on your request to the Solid Waste Services staff...for future reference, the best way to report a missed collection is through our online form:

You can also call the SWS call center at 919-996-6890.
I'm guessing from what this note that it is just your can that was missed, and not everyone else's on that street. If that is NOT correct, please post another note, as that may mean the crews were unable to complete the route today.
