This negligent person has a dilapidated fence that has fallen into the sidewalk(it has been there for at least 1 week). I shouldn't have to explain why this poses an issue but in a city with such poor accessibility standards especially when it comes to sidewalks and a total lack of civic pride on the part of lazy landlords/homeowners and their tenants. I wonder why there is no category specific to sidewalk issues? Hey Sandra Depina pick up your fence plz!
