There's still sooooo much litter on Hern.

The trash is insurmountable. People continue to dump trash and yard waste in the wetland area without any regard. Its the people with an archaic and lazy way of life that are problem with this city. I would love to see some people held accountable or at least a posted no dumping sign, which i guess would be more realistic.
