Not sure if it's been done since the last time I've been down there, but at the intersection of Armistead & Tide Mill, it'd be a wonderful idea to extend the lane for people turning left from Armistead onto Tide Mill. At rush hour the traffic regularly (at least used to) backs up into the straight-through lanes.
