These signs have been up here for 3+ years now and as far as I can tell, there isn't any construction traffic coming or going in their vicinity. They should be removed.

Thank you – it does not appear that these signs are City fabricated or installed. City staff will review these to determine if they are private and if they are located on City right-of-way. Your concern for traffic safety and operations is appreciated.
