Spoke with Mr. Schweitzer. Per our conversation Mr. Schweitzer placed a request a month ago to have his berm repaired due to damage done by snow plows. After speaking with Mr. Schweitzer I notified the street supervisor. A foreman will go out to assess the damage. After he has assessed the damage he will inform the clerical staff and we will update Mr. Schweitzer after the assessment. He also reported that his neighbor located at 381 has the same issue.

The berm at 381 was put in correctly last year. It is not broken up that I am aware of. The ground was cleaned out and a good base was created for the berm. When mine was done 2 years ago, the guys just laid down asphalt and rolled it. No preperation oftheground. I didn't think it would last or stand up to well. Thank you. Bob
