Opis

For some reason, individuals are constantly illegally parking *on* the side walk outside of this location. Unfortunately, this results in a safety hazard for both pedestrians and vehicles who must navigate around them on a fairly narrow street with *no* shoulder, particularly at night.

Unfortunately, this has been a long standing issue.

Note: In the picture, the rear lights are lit simply because a flash was needed at night (no one was in the vehicle), but the same issue occurs at various times during the day.
