There are lots of big, deep potholes at the intersection of Tamarac Road and Rockland Place, directly in front of the driveway of 39 Rockland Place. They make an already dangerous intersection even more dangerous. And there are more potholes on Rockland Place in both directions.

Hi Mick Shrimpton,
Unfortunately, the section of Christina St you have mentioned is a private
way and the abutters are responsible for the condition of the roadway.
Signs are posted at each end of the street "Not A Public Way Dangerous".
Tamarac and Rockland are also private ways.
