I walk by here nearly every day at rush hour. Traffic is not heavy and I have never seen a problem. I think the people who live right on this corner can judge best but I don't think a stop sign would be helpful or is needed. There's a stop sign at Locust and Robiin Hill Road which is mostly ignored. Putting one at this intersection would be a waste of time and money.
