Stop sign at the corner of Wilson St and Chelmsford St (110) has been twisted (most likely by strong winds) so that it is much more difficult to see (it is not perpendicular to Wilson St).
It just needs to be re-adjusted.

For some reason, individuals are constantly illegally parking *on* the side walk outside of this location. Unfortunately, this results in a safety hazard for both pedestrians and vehicles who must navigate around them on a fairly narrow street with *no* shoulder, particularly at night.
Unfortunately, this has been a long standing issue.
Note: In the picture, the rear lights are lit simply because a flash was needed at night (no one was in the vehicle), but the same issue occurs at various times during the day.
